Shearings offers new short break options
Shearings Holidays has launched a new range of breaks designed to suit people wanting shorter holidays.
The tour operator said its new UK short coach holidays are designed to “bridge the gap between the summer and winter programmes, helping agents to promote off-peak products in quieter times”.
“Our new autumn breaks are designed to help agents tap into the rising trend of people taking shorter holidays on a more regular basis. Recent statistics from Mintel show that 27% of the retired population of the UK plan to take more frequent, but shorter duration holidays. In addition, the October half-term holiday has consistently been one of our peak booking periods for the last six years,” said Caroline Brown, Shearings’ commercial director.
The new tours are available for Llandudno, Bournemouth, Eastbourne, Scarborough, Blackpool and Windermere.
