Silversea appoints new EMEA sales

Silversea Cruises has appointed new members to its EMEA sales team in Frankfurt.
Tina Kirfel will join the cruise line in April in a new position of general manager and sales and marketing director EMEA, with 13 years’ experience at Hapag-Lloyd.
She will report to Silversea’s president EMEA and APAC Steve Odell and will also be joined by the promoted Andreas Nuessel as regional sales director, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Silversea’s EMEA division covers all regional markets except the UK & Ireland, which will continue to be managed by Mike Bonner in London.
“The EMEA region holds unlimited potential for Silversea, especially in the German speaking markets where we opened a dedicated Silversea sales office in Frankfurt in 2012,” said Odell. “As we look to the future we are absolutely delighted to have Tina as part of our management team.”
