Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit is celebrating the afternoon tea tradition with a Singaporean touch. Available from March at Tuxedo Espresso Bar, spend an afternoon with some of the most well-known dishes, pastries and sweets from Singapore.

Tea enthusiasts can expect a classic selection of Singaporean sweets like Kueh Dadar, Durian Puff Craquelin, Oriental Egg Tart and Steamed Palm Sugar Cake. The famous Singapore Laksa will also be served alongside Nasi Lemak, Chicken and Sardine Curry Puff and Chwee Kueh Steamed Rice Cake with Preserved Turnip.

The quintessential English afternoon tea tradition is well known globally. In Singapore, some local delights will also be served alongside the standard sweets and savouries, giving it a Singaporean touch over time. Carlton’s version is a full dedication to all the famous food, light bites and sweets that Singaporeans grew up eating. It is being served daily from 12:00 pm – 4:30 pm at Tuxedo Espresso Bar, lobby floor in the hotel.
