SpiceJet has announced that will resume services on two Dubai routes from 21 July 2014.
The Indian carrier launched services to the UAE city from Mumbai and Madurai in June 2012 and November 2013 respectively. But both routes were temporarily suspended in May this year due to runway work at Dubai Airport.
But SpiceJet said that with the work being completing on schedule, it can now plan to resume flights from both Mumbai and Madurai. Both routes are operated with daily flights.
Following the resumption of the two routes, SpiceJet will offer connectivity to Dubai from five Indian cities: Mumbai, Madurai, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Kochi.
The airline also operates to the UAE city of Sharjah.
