SpiceJet has released its new mobile app.

The new offering enables passengers to make and manage and cancel bookings, check their flight status, and receive exclusive offers on their mobile devices.

The app is geo-targeted so the origin point of the passenger’s journey is auto-filled, and to make payment procedure more convenient, customer information only has to be completed once, and is then stored for future bookings.

The payment gateway of the app offers a variety of options for Indian travellers, including Quick pay, credit card, debit card and internet banking. The Quick pay option offers an instant bookings with just a single click.

The app also allows customers to select SpiceJet’s range of ancillary products and services, including seats, meals and insurance. Excess baggage can be pre-booked at discounted rates.

The app is now available for download on Android and Apple iOS smartphones.
