Star studded cruises in 2017 from CMV

Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) have announced five star studded cruises for 2017 following the arrival of their new main brochure.
CMV has already established a fine reputation for themed cruises, many involving stars of films and popular TV programmes. As the cruise industry embarks on their ‘Plan a Cruise Month’ CMV are highlighting the added benefit of cruising with the stars next year.
They have five cruises planned – an Easter Cruise from Bristol – Avonmouth 4 April for 15 nights on board Marco Polo down to the Azores & Madeira includes Dad’s Army vicar Frank Williams plus TV funny man John Archer.
From London – Tilbury 5 May for 3 nights on board Magellan join 60’s pop legends to Amsterdam & Antwerp. The Swinging Blue Jeans, The Dreamers and top Beatles tribute band – The Cheatles.
Again from Tilbury, 28 May for 5 nights visiting some of Europe’s finest Medieval cities as well as cruising the River Seine up to Rouen. ‘Carry On’ films will bring back memories with stars of yesteryear Anita Harris, Valerie Leon and Jacki Piper.
Lovers of antiques and their popular TV programmes can join expert Henry Sandon and Caroline Hawley who have appeared on the Antiques Road Show, Flog It and Bargain Hunt. Guests on board CMV’s new fleet addition Columbus will be able to get valuations from their photographs, cruising to the Scottish Islands & Faroes from Tilbury 28 August for 7 nights
Finally, the fifth themed cruise is designed to take you back to your childhood with TV legends Peter Purves – Blue Peter, Mick Robertson – Magpie, and Fiolla Benjamin – Play School & Playaway. This cruise is once more on Columbus from Tilbury 14 October for 15 nights sailing down to the Canary Islands & Madeira.
