StayWell Hospitality Group has signed a long-term management agreement for its first hotel in Western Australia.

Scheduled to open in the Perth suburb of Subiaco in late 2017, the 168-room Park Regis hotel will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, swimming pool, a gymnasium and conference facilities.

“Once complete the Park Regis Subiaco, which is located at the site of the former Ace Cinemas in the heart of the Subiaco Town Centre, will be part of a mixed-use development featuring an A-grade office block, premium quality cinemas, public piazza, food court and retail areas,” revealed StayWell’s CEO, Simon Wan.

“The hotel… will contain a range of premium accommodation options including spacious guestrooms in a mixture of standard, deluxe or one bedroom suites and family rooms to ensure the offering is suitable for a variety of travellers,” he added.

The opening of Park Regis Subiaco will take StayWell’s global portfolio to 30 hotels, covering Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, the UAE and UK. And the company has ambitious expansion plans, with a target of reaching 100 hotels within three years.
