Thai Airways International (THAI) has chosen the seats and in-flight entertainment system to be installed in the business class cabins of six new Boeing 777-300ERs.
The EADS Sogerma Solstys seat will be 21 inches wide and will recline 180 degrees to make a fully-flat bed.
The seats will be complemented by the Panasonic eX2 in-flight entertainment (IFE) system, which offers a 16-inch monitor, 150 movies, 500 music albums, and more than 200 games, along with USB ports and in-seat power supply. The IFE system will also be installed in the economy class cabin (with an 11-inch screen), while the seat selection for the economy cabin will be decided at a later date.
The new B777-300ERs will be fitted with 348 seats, including 42 business class seats.
