Thailand unveils its 2015 campaign

Thailand tourism is keen to give the much needed push to its tourism industry. The country recently wrapped up a successful World Travel Market participation with a strong delegation of 54 Thai tourism companies including 44 accommodation companies, four tour operators and six other related offices.
In line with its participation, the Tourism Authority launched a series of marketing plans and strategies for 2015. One of the key highlights was the soft launch of the new global marketing and promotion campaign under the ‘2015 Discover Thainess’ slogan.
The minister of tourism and sports, HE Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul was part of the event. HE Kobkarn said: “This new campaign emphasizes on the treasures of Thailand, which gives Thainess its charm and makes our offerings such as the people, society and culture.”
The campaign focuses on the essence of ‘Thainess’ through the Thai way of life, Thai culture and Thai experiences.
