The Address Hotels launches ‘iGENIE’

Technology innovation is one of the new mantras adopted by The Address Hotels + Resorts.
The hotel chain part of Emaar Hospitality Group recently launched an advanced in-room automation service – iGENIE – available across all its properties.
The new automated service will significantly enhance guest experience providing them with convenience and value. The service offers guests an opportunity to book leisure and recreation appointments from their rooms to ordering any of the hotel services across concierge, housekeeping, engineering.
Assuring complete in-room control, the iGENIE platform enables guests and residents of all hotels and serviced residences under The Address Hotels + Resorts to access services such as navigating the entire network of The Address Hotels + Resorts to make informed decisions about restaurants, spas, business centres and other amenities.

With addition of this new innovation, we are looking to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.”
Other utilities provided by iGENIE include real-time room folio information, international time display, alarm clock, weather details, location map, flight tracking, foreign exchange information and direction for prayer.
