CRAMER BALL has been officially appointed chief executive officer of Jet Airways. An Australian national, Ball has almost two decades of aviation experience, including roles at Etihad Airways, Gulf Air and Qantas. Most recently, he served as chief executive officer of Air Seychelles.
LINDA JOJO has been appointed executive vice president & chief information officer of United Airlines. Ms Jojo joins United from Rogers Communications, where she served also as executive vice president & CIO. Previously, she worked for Energy Future Holdings, Flowserve and GE Silicones.
ABOUDI ASALI has been named as Jumeirah’s new senior vice president of development for the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) region. A UK national, Asali joins the Dubai-based hotel group from Aprio Hotel Advisory Services. He also had a 10-year spell with Marriott International.
THOMAS GEBLER has become the InterContinental Singapore’s new executive assistant manager for food & beverage. A German national with more than 12 years of experience, Gebler arrives in Singapore from the Rosewood Abu Dhabi, where he held the role of director of food & beverage.
LIM EE JIN has joined the InterContinental Singapore as director of marketing communications & public relations. Ms Lim arrives from the Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel the Stamford, where she served as director of marketing communications. She has also worked for Meritus.
DAN LYNN has become HomeAway Inc’s new vice president of Asia Pacific. Lynn, who joins the vacation rental company from Groupon, will now oversee HomeAway.com.au and Stayz.com.au in Australia, Bookabach.co.nz in New Zealand, and Asian holiday rental site Travelmob.com.
