PRASHANT SHARMA has been appointed resort manager for Mövenpick Beach Resort Alkhobar. He brings with him over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, his experience includes serving in various positions in different countries. Sharma has worked in the capacity of assistant director sales and marketing at Le Meridien Alkhobar for nearly eight years.
SLIM ZAIANE has been appointed executive assistant manager for Al Bustan Rotana Dubai. He brings with him over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry particularly in Food & Beverage and Rooms Management. In his new role, his responsibilities include overseeing the hotel’s operations.
ANDREW HUMPHRIES has been appointed regional vice president and general manager of Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi. He will oversee daily operations of Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi, as well the Group’s other regional properties. Humphries takes his new role in Abu Dhabi after 16 years with Four Seasons, most recently as Regional Vice President and General Manager of the Four Seasons Resort Nevis, West Indies.
JAMES HARRISON has been appointed general manager for Canada at Etihad Airways. In his new role, Harrison will be based in Toronto, where he will be responsible for driving sales and further growing relationships with the airline’s trade and corporate partners. He most recently served as Etihad Airways’ Global Account Manager for American Express, based in London.
JUSTIN GOSLING has been appointed general manager commercial for Air Seychelles. He brings with him more than 20 years of airline and travel management experience to Air Seychelles. In his role, Gosling will lead the Commercial team in driving new sales and marketing opportunities. He will oversee sales, e-commerce, retail, marketing, cargo, revenue management and guest experience.
