Tourism Authority of Thailand goes mobile

TD Editor

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has launched its latest promotional initiative, ‘TAT Mobile Car’ to deliver information to tourists as they tour the capital city’s sights. This will be stationed at various tourist enclaves around Bangkok from Wednesday to Sunday at various locations for a three-month period.

Managed by TAT’s marketing communications department, the TAT mobile car is a converted minivan decorated with TAT’s ‘Amazing Thailand’ branding and is manned by English and Chinese speaking staff. Travellers can obtain tourism information as well as assistance from the staff, ask for brochures, or scan tourism information using QR codes.
