A new trend has emerged in the Pattaya tourism sector.  As more and more Bangkok residents are traveling to the eastern seaboard for short term holidays, family resort homes are becoming more in demand

Because of the covid-19 pandemic, multi-generation families often desire to stay together in one home. This includes bringing their beloved pets along with them to enjoy the experience.

Ideally, these homes would be located directly on the beach.  This trend dovetails nicely with the “social distancing” requirements dictated by Covid-19.

Luckily,  when Rabbit Resort Pattaya was built 20 years ago, this trend was already somewhat evident in the international tourism market for long term visitors.

Identifying that there was an undersupplied niche for this opportunity,  we designed and built larger family houses in our later phases that had the flexibility to offer two separate rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.  These family villas feature internal and external staircases so that it could be “locked out” if a whole family didn’t require the entire house.  Our large villa sleeps 6-8 persons.

If you are looking for a family home for your short term holiday with your entire family,  directly on the most pristine beach in Pattaya (Dongtan Beach), please consider Rabbit Resort Pattaya.

Your dog or cat is always welcome to stay with you. Thank you very much and Happy Holidays.
