Two Latin America-based airlines have joined APG IET platform this month.
Ecuador-based TAME and Venezuela-based Avoir are now available to e-ticket through the IET platform.
Both airlines can now be ticked through APG IET’s YO code.
TAME operates under the EQ code and has its headquarters in Quito, with flights available to Colombia, Venezuela, Cuba, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Panama and Chile.
Avior uses code 9V and operates services from Anzoategui, Venezuela within the country and to the southern Caribbean, as well as Miami.
“We are now fast approaching 100 airlines on our APG IET product and we are delighted with the number of airlines now choosing APG IET, including not only regional carriers but several major global airlines. This is giving even more ticketing options to UK travel agents who recorded their largest month of sales on APG IET last month,” said Richard Burgess, president of APG.
