Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) has signed a new contract to bring its U Hotels & Resorts brand to the northern Vietnamese town of Sapa.
The deal, agreed with Sapa Petro Tourist Joint Stock Company, will see AHS take control of the new-build U Sapa in early 2013.
The 57-room hotel, which will be designed in a French colonial style, will be located close to Sapa’s city centre park. All rooms will include amenities such as rain showers, LCD TVs and iPods with a selection of music. Property facilities meanwhile, will include a restaurant, lounge bar, library with internet access, fitness centre and spa.
The hotel will also offer the brand’s signature concepts, such as free Wi-Fi, “wherever/whenever breakfast” and 24-hour room use.
