Malaysia Airlines (MAS) welcomed the UK’s Prime Minister David Cameron onboard its Airbus A380 on the first day on the Farnborough Airshow.
Cameron has shown around the airline’s second Airbus A380, which is on display at the show until Wednesday. The PM was joined by MAS Group CEO, Ahmad Jauhari Yahya, EADS CEO Tom Enders and Airbus President & CEO Fabrice Brégier.
MAS has ordered six A380s seating 494 passengers in three classes. The airline’s first A380 began commercial operations on 1 July on the Kuala Lumpur-London Heathrow. Its second A380 will also operate on the London route.
