VisitEngland signs lastminute tie-up

VisitEngland and lastminute.com have signed a deal to promote domestic breaks in the UK.
Its campaign started last week focusing on weekend breaks and city stays, with the online travel agency hosting event and trip ideas on a specific section of its site.
“2012 had been a very proud year for Britain and with more people wanting to celebrate the best that England has to offer, we have teamed up with VisitEngland to offer great last minute hotel deals for our customers to make the most of this summer,” said Mark Maddock, UK managing director of lastminute.com.
