Wendy Wu plans inbound expansion

Wendy Wu Tours has announced plans to expand its destination management company to improve its product offering.
The specialist operator aims to bring the DMC, named Inbound China, up to the standards of Wendy Wu.
As a result, Manuel Mascarenhas will become European managing director for Inbound China from January and will sit as a non-executive role on Wendy Wu’s board.
“Manuel has established Wendy Wu Tours as the leading tour operator to China and Indochina. We are looking forward to him lending his excellent skills for business development to this new venture which has a pivotal role in our ambitious expansion plans,” said Wendy Wu. “Manuel initiated the need for the DMC and it is a natural progression for him to see this through in the UK and the rest of Europe.”
