The X2 (Cross To) Chiang Mai Riverside Resort is a five-storey resort with 30 luxury suites featuring a contemporary take on heritage design and luxury urban feel.
“Peaceful morning views greet guests when they wake at X2 Chiang Mai Riverside Resort and we encourage them to start the day with an unhurried morning as they enjoy a lazy bubbly breakfast on our river view terrace,” said Ewan Taylor, the resort’s general manager.
The first meal of the day sets the mood for an indulgent riverside stay. It’s a private buffet served at the table with a la carte selections adding to the gourmet morning experience.
After the meal under the resort’s 100-year-old tamarind trees, guests can wander through the grounds and stop at the inner courtyard to visit a wishing well. They may take leisurely strolls on the banks that will take them past village temples, local houses and waterfront gardens. Furthermore, visitors can use the resort’s canoes to view and take photos of the riverside from a different perspective.
