Xiamen Airlines to fly first Dreamliner to Beijing

Xiamen Airlines will take delivery of its first Boeing 787 Dreamliner in July, and will fly the aircraft to Beijing.
According to the carrier, the aircraft wide-body aircraft is likely to enter service on 1 August this year, flying to the Chinese capital direct from Fuzhou, in southeast China’s Fujian province.
Following this domestic launch, Xiamen Airlines is expected to deploy its Dreamliner on its first ever long-haul route to North America. Also operating direct from Fuzhou, Xiamen Airlines is considering such destinations as New York or San Francisco.
Xiamen Airlines has ordered has ordered six B787-8 Dreamliners, and will equip them with 237 seats in a three-class configuration, with four seats in first class, 18 in business class and 215 in economy.
