Cruise and Maritime confirmed this week it is to open a North America office.
The cruise line will introduce travel agent tools to assist selling its two ships Marco Polo and Ocean Countess throughout Northern Europe, Scandinavia and the surrounding regions, following four years of success in the UK.
The North American office will be managed by Alexios Tsokos, vice president of marketing and its fares will be 100 % commissionable which is being well received by US agents.
The line has also appointed a travel industry sales team to support its push for a wider travel agency support.
