Amadeus Gulf recently announced the launch of ‘Amadeus Offers’ in the Gulf Market and specifically in UAE, Oman and Bahrain. The solution allows travel agents to increase productivity and revenues, ensuring smarter business intelligence, beneficial to both customers and the company. This is achieved through a combination of technology and functionality that facilitates travel agents to propose, store and exchange travel proposals with travellers via a central, cross-channel facility.
Arman Sarang, head of products and business solutions, Amadeus Gulf, said: “From handling trip proposals in the pre-booking phase to offering alternative travel arrangements after departure, Amadeus Offers boasts a complete suite of efficiency solutions.”
Aimed at business and leisure travel agencies, as well as corporations and Travel Management Companies (TMC), the solution helps pre-booking activities by storing travel data in a single location. In addition, the travel data bank provides the opportunity to generate reports that analyse pre-booking behaviours and trends of customers, measure pre-sale activity and provide cost-saving reports to show realised savings, a valuable source of information to optimise operations management.
