Tiger launches new premium services
Tiger Airways has announced the launch of Tiger Plus; a new premium product offering a series of additional services.
The new product will offer a range of chargeable options, including a dedicated check-in counter, access to an airport lounge and priority boarding service. The service will see Tiger become the first low-cost carrier to offer its passengers access to SATS’ Premier Lounge at Singapore’s Changi airport Terminal 2.
Tiger Plus is applicable for flights departing from Singapore, including those operated by Tiger’s subsidiaries, Mandala Airlines and SEAir. The package can be purchased for SG$48 (US$39) through the Tiger Airways website, or at service desks at Changi airport. Available for SG$6 per sector, the BoardMeFirst service offers priority boarding for all three airlines.
The premium offering is part of a series of new products and services that Tiger Airways has rolled out since its move to Changi’s T2 in September this year. Other offerings include the Online Tigerbites menu options and the TigerShop Online retail site.
