Half of flights to and from France are expected to be cancelled in the next three days due to several union strikes in the country.
Authorities at the French Civil Aviation have called on carriers to halve their schedules from Tuesday (11 June) to Thursday (13 June) and is most likely to impact short and medium-haul routes.
easyJet said it will have to cancel 128 flights a day, with services to Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Paris, Toulouse and Nice all affected.
Cancellations will be displayed on its website each day, with those booked on cancelled flights able to receive a refund or transfer to another service after the industrial action period.
Air France said it hopes to operate all its long-haul routes during the strike period but others will be cancelled. Flights can be changed up to and including 16 June (Sunday) for free and changes can be made between 17 June and 30 June.
All airlines that operate into France will be impacted.
