Cheval Residences has opened new serviced apartments in London next to the Tower of London.
Cheval Three Quays consists of 97 serviced and 62 extended-stay apartments with a mix of one, two and three bedrooms.
All the apartments have floor to ceiling windows overlooking the River Thames with views including City Hall, the Shard and Tower Bridge.
George Westhall, a director at Cheval Residences said two well-known dining names will be housed at the bottom of the development in new riverside restaurants, which are accessible by the north-side River Walkway.
The property is Cheval’s seventh in London and is available for stays from one night to several months.
James Foice, managing director of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) said the opening is a ‘landmark moment’ for the industry in the UK.
“With careful long-term planning since Cheval Residences first acquired the site in 2002, every detail into what the future business and leisure traveller are looking for in a luxury home from home serviced apartment experience has been carefully thought through and researched,” Foice said
