Asian firms Compass Hospitality Group and Seacare Hospitality have partnered to acquire The Big Sleep Hotels’ portfolio of properties in the UK.
The Big Sleep Hotels currently operates three hotels in Cardiff, Cheltenham and Eastbourne.
The 81-key hotel in Cardiff is located in the city centre opposite the Motorpoint Arena and the new St. David’s shopping arcade, within walking distance of Café Quarter’s al fresco dining street, Cardiff Central railway station and Millennium Stadium.
The 60-key hotel in Cheltenham is located in the shopping hub along Bath Road and a short distance to Cheltenham Town Hall and Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum.
Meanwhile, the 50-key hotel in Eastbourne is located 400 metres from Eastbourne Town Centre, 10 minutes’ walking distance from Eastbourne Pier, and 5 minutes’ drive away from Beachy Head.
All three hotels have a restaurant and bar as well as meeting rooms. Guest rooms of various sizes are offered and standard amenities include LCD TV, Wi-Fi, personal safe, hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities. As part of providing accommodation to families, the hotels are pet friendly.
The hotels will be managed by Compass Hospitality, which currently operates The Lion Hotel Shrewsbury and The White Swan Halifax in the UK as part of a portfolio comprising 49 properties located in Thailand, Malaysia and the UK.
