Attendees at this year’s Travel Technology Europe (TTE) can take home a free copy of a comprehensive ‘Digital Trends in the Travel and Hospitality Sector’ report from Econsultancy, worth over £800.

The report, created in association with Adobe, will be on offer free of charge to anyone who attends the ‘Disruption, Data and Digital Transformation’ session in the TTE 2016 Promote conference stream on Wednesday 24 February 2016. Econsultancy expert Neil Perkin will be sharing the key findings of the report, and the opportunities that they provide for those looking to market or grow hospitality and travel businesses.

Key highlights of the session, and the supporting report that attendees can take home, include:

  • Managing the challenge to be forward thinking without falling behind, or creating uncomfortable risk when working in a digital space
  • Understanding the importance of consumer research when planning a digital transformation
  • Converting data science and digital analytics into useful information – and planning around a skills shortage in this area
  • Enhancing the customer journey and experience through digital and mobile – including by linking the physical and the digital
  • Personalised customer experiences driven by data

David Chapple, event director, Travel Technology Europe, commented:

“For those planning marketing campaigns for travel and hospitality businesses, and anyone looking to increase their ecommerce potential, the Econsultancy session promises to be both enlightening and empowering. Registering to attend the 2016 edition of Travel Technology Europe brings many benefits for travel and hospitality technology professionals, not least access to the most up to date market intelligence and trend insight.”

The Econsultancy session is part of the ‘Promote’ stream of conference sessions at 2016’s TTE which addresses how technology can support new revenue streams and the creation of new products and services. Other sessions around the Promote theme include addressing if mobile is a new market or a new cost, managing consistent messages across multiple channels, getting started with personalisation, and expert email marketing.

As well as exhibitors and conference sessions dedicated to growing revenues, TTE will also include a dedicated feature on the new disruptors in the travel and hospitality technology sector. Attendees will learn about the next big thing in travel technology, and have the chance to talk to experts from some of the world’s leading technology, digital marketing and ecommerce businesses who are exhibiting at the event.

Travel Technology Europe will take place on 24 and 25 February at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in London.
