BRIGHT event attracts 33 agents

Thirty-three Independent travel agents from 20 agencies as well as Home Workers attended the March workshop of BRIGHT (Bringing Real Information & Guaranteed High Quality Training) at the Majestic Hotel in Harrogate.
The event was hosted by members from Hurtigruten, 1st Class Holidays, Veloso Tours, Attraction World, Promotour, Cox and Kings, Mark Warner, Kirker Holidays and Viking Cruises.
Agents attended from A2Z Travel, Acomb Travel, Embarque Travel, Hays Travel, Independent Travel Experts, Marion Owen Travel, Michael Langford Travel Services, Number One Travel, Oakwood Travel, Spa Travel Bureau, Spear Travels, Travel PA, Travelbox Worldchoice and Travelfox/Thirsk Travel.
Commenting on the success of the event, Jonathan Whiteley, deputy chairman of Bright, said: “Our Yorkshire guests turned out in great numbers for our third workshop and found the face to face presentations from Bright’s members and the networking to be very valuable.”
Headline sponsor for the evening was Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority represented by Joel Henry. The top raffle prize of a two-night break in London given by Veloso Tours was won by Jess Adamson of Hays Travel.
