UAE developer Nakheel has revealed plans to develop two new mid-scale hotels in Dubai.
The new three-star properties will be located at Dragon City close to the Dragon Mart outlet mall, and Ibn Battuta Mall in the south of the city, according to a report in Gulf News.
The Dragon City property will feature 295 keys while the Ibn Battuta project will feature 375 rooms over 15-storeys.
Nakheel recently opened a 30,000 sq foot extension to the Ibn Battuta Mall.
Both hotels are due for completion in 2017.
Nakheel is best known for developing the Palm projects in Dubai.
