Qatar Airways honoured by Edinburgh Airport

Qatar Airways has been recognised as offering the best customer service by Edinburgh Airport at the 2016 Scottish Passenger Agents’ Association (SPAA) Awards.
The airline was presented with the award by Rob Lang, Edinburgh Airport’s head of Marketing at a glittering ceremony at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Glasgow last week.
Now in their 24th year, the awards celebrate excellence in the Scottish travel industry and are regarded as one of the most important events in the industry calendar.
Qatar Airways country manager, UK & Ireland, Morena Bronzetti, said: “We are honoured to be recognised as offering the best customer service by Scotland’s largest airport after just two years of operations from Edinburgh. We would like to thank the airport team and the travel trade across Scotland for their continued role in the success of our daily Dreamliner service which we know is so valued by Scottish business and leisure travellers alike.”
Qatar Airways’ daily flights from Edinburgh are operated by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner in a two-cabin configuration, comprising of 22 seats in Business Class and 232 seats in Economy Class.
