Aer Lingus gears up for new US routes

Aer Lingus is celebrating its 80th year of flying with the launch of three new routes to the US in 2016.
The airline launched its Los Angeles service on 4th May, and will commence flights to Newark, New Jersey on 1st September and Hartford, Connecticut on 28th September.
Aer Lingus CEO Stephen Kavanagh said: “These new routes open up new tourism and business opportunities with improved connectivity through our Dublin Gateway. We are proud of our 80 year history of connecting Ireland to the world and will continue to fly the shamrock high for the next 80 years.”
Aer Lingus operates daily flights from across the UK regions and 18 flights from London direct to the airline’s hub, Dublin Airport.
