ANA brings forward Seattle flights
All Nippon Airways (ANA) has announced that its new services to Seattle will be launched earlier than planned.
The new trans-Pacific service, which was due to commence some time in the second half of the 2012-13 financial year, will now get underway on 25 July. From this date, flights will operate daily, departing Tokyo’s Narita airport at 1725 and arriving in Seattle at 1055. The return service will leave Seattle at 1315, arriving back into Narita at 1545 the next day.
Flights will initially operate using a Boeing 777-300ER, before switching to the new B787 Dreamliner later in the year.
Seattle will become the ANA’s ninth destination in the US. The airline is planning to add its 10th – San Jose – later this year, also using the new Dreamliner.
