All Nippon Airways (ANA) is expanding its connections in Brazil with the signing of a new codeshare partnership with TAM Airlines.
The Japanese airline already has a codeshare partnership with TAM that allows passengers on its Tokyo-London flights to connect onwards with TAM from London to Sao Paulo, and then to Rio de Janeiro.
But this partnership will now be extended to offer Brazilian connections from more European cities, and onward services to a wider range of domestic destinations.
From 26 October 2014, ANA will start codesharing on TAM’s flights to Sao Paulo from both Paris and Frankfurt. And from Sao Paulo, passengers will then be able to connect to Brasilia, Belo Horizonte, Manaus, Curitiba and Londrina.
In addition to these flights, ANA also codeshares with Lufthansa on the Frankfurt-Sao Paulo, Frankfurt-Rio and Munich-Sao Paulo routes.
