British adults would most like to see David Walliams as chief of cabin crew on their perfect flight and be piloted by Prince William, a new study has found.
A survey of 2,000 Brits by ANA also found the ‘perfect flight’ would take off at 10.45am with a fancy chicken dinner served from the kitchens of Jamie Oliver as the perfect food offering.
Champagne would be the preferred tipple of choice after receiving an upgrade at check-in and before settling down to watch the latest James Bond film Skyfall.
On a long-haul flight passengers would like six members of cabin crew and be served a meal 48-minutes into the departure. Ideally they would like to live nine miles from the departure airport and be able to board 32 minutes after check-in.
Seats would be in pairs with 66 people onboard and many would prefer to keep their luggage by their side.
Other preferred services including being able to nap for at least 31 minutes; having quiet children only and to experience the culture of the airline when they get to check-in.
Whether ANA plans to provide any of the non-typical elements of the ‘perfect flight’ is unknown.
Yutaka Ito, SVP of Europe at ANA, who commissioned the study, said: “We agree that the holiday should start as soon you arrive at the airport, and as a five star airline, ANA is committed to give passengers luxury service and experience throughout their journey.”
