Arab Aviation and Media Summit 2012 focuses on mobility

The second edition of The Arab Aviation and Media Summit, this year will provide insightful discussions around challenges and opportunities faced by the aviation sector in the Arab World. The event scheduled to be held on April 30th will take place at the American University of Sharjah.
Organised by Air Arabia in association with the American University of Sharjah, The Arab Aviation and Media Summit 2012 is themed ‘Mobility in the Middle East’, and will bring together industry experts. The forum will discuss the growth of the Arab aviation sector and how it led to increased mobility in the wider MENA region. The experts will discuss the challenges faced by the aviation sector and exchange ideas and strategies to address them.
“At a time of on-going change in the aviation industry, the summit will serve as a timely platform for dialogue and exchange of ideas between two key stakeholders – industry participants and media,” said Adel Ali, group chief executive officer, Air Arabia.
“The summit will look at what more needs to be done to further positively influence trend of mobility and increased intra-Arab connectivity,” said Ali.
