The AWTE Benevolent Committee has unveiled a brand new look and logo.
Formed in 1967, in memory of Gillyan Shebbeare, who left a donation to help the organisation’s members, the AWTE Benevolent, as it will be known following the rebranding, has supported its members for more than 40 years through job losses, illness and bereavement.
The group’s members are also on hand to provide a friendly phone call, send a card or arrange financial gifts and subsidies to help AWTE members when they need it most.
Announcing the new brand Aphrodite Burton, AWTE Benevolent chair said: “We want our members to know that we are truly dedicated to supporting all of them. The main feedback we received was making sure everyone knows the service is there for every member, should the need arise, and we are proud to now be ‘AWTE Benevolent – Supporting our members’.
“This relaunch is in keeping with the successful changes that AWTE has experienced over the past couple of years. We decided now was the time for AWTE Benevolent to have a new brand identity and let our newer members know that our support is for them and every member of the Association.”
