Moderated by Ian Brooks from Gail Kenny Recruitment the women were candid about their career triumphs and trials.

Debbee Dale, chair of AWTE said: “We really want to focus on our three key areas at AWTE, these are Networking, Developing our members and Driving business to business within the membership. Sessions like these actually hit all three areas as we take time to networking and make contacts before and after the session. Our speakers were just fantastic, sharing their own experiences, hints and tips to not only help us if we are looking to move jobs as they did, but in terms of our own confidence to recognize our own skills and talents. Helping us all push ourselves out of our comfort zones and really go for it to make the very most of our own potential.”

“We are working on more development sessions for the future as well as expanding our reach Internationally to help even more women have the confidence to find their voice and go for those executive positions.”

AWTE will have a meeting area at WTM this year Tuesday 8th November 9am – 1.30pm, North Gallery Room 18 to launch Internationally and bring women in the Industry together in a larger network of support.
