Best Western has opened a new hotel in Jakarta as it continues its rapid recent growth in Indonesia.
The Best Western Premier The Bellevue hotel is set in a 10-storey building in the Pondok Indah district of South Jakarta.
It offers 156 rooms and suites, a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, fitness centre and spa, plus a restaurant, bar, business centre and three meeting rooms. Like all Best Western hotels, Wi-Fi is offered free-of-charge to all guests.
“Jakarta is one of the world’s new mega-cities and Best Western Premier The Bellevue is perfectly positioned to cater for the wave of upscale travellers to this dynamic destination,” said Ron Pohl, Best Western’s senior vice president of brand management & member services.
“With its contemporary style, vast array of amenities and Best Western’s legendary service standards, I am extremely confident Best Western Premier The Bellevue will become one of Jakarta’s most sought-after luxury hotels,” he added.
Over the last few years, Best Western has multiplied its portfolio in Indonesia and now operates 11 hotels in Jakarta, Bali, Makassar and Malang.
And this growth will continue in the coming years, with plans for at least seven more hotels across Indonesia, with new destinations set to include Bandung, Batam, Medan and Manado.
