The team behind the Business Travel Show has launched Business Travel Summit Amsterdam, the first two-day conference and exhibition created specifically for travel buyers and managers from the Nordic and Benelux regions.

The event will be staged from 5-6 October at the city’s NH Grand Krasnapolsky Hotel on Dam Square.

Online registration is now open and free passes are available to buyers who conduct three or more appointments each day with any of the 40-plus specialist suppliers.

Business Travel Summit’s two-day programme features high calibre education, networking and supplier appointments introducing buyers to the latest thinking in travel management and helping them to evolve their programmes in line with the changing needs of their travellers and organisation.

Conference delegates will hear from 60 experts across 20 sessions, including buyer-led case studies, topic-specific workshops and a CEO panel. The content has been curated by experienced travel buyers from the Business Travel iQ advisory board and is designed to challenge and inspire delegates, arming them with the skills they need to focus on, and plan for, the future.

More than 350 travel buyers, senior industry leaders and start-up founders are expected to attend the summit and organisers are planning a series of unique networking opportunities, including round table workshops and a stunning evening reception at St Olof’s Chapel.

Running alongside the conference will be the Business Travel Summit exhibition, where buyers and managers can meet 40 specialist suppliers from all sectors of travel management, including Booking.com, Egencia, easyJet, Flybe, Deutschebahn, Amadeus, Qatar Airways, London City Airport, Priority Pass, Tristar, B-aparthotels, beTravelwise, Choice Hotels Europe and Hahn Air Interline Services.
