Cathay Pacific closes Heathrow lounge for renovation

Cathay Pacific has confirmed its lounge located in Terminal 3 of Heathrow Airport will be closed for renovation from 25 November until June 2016.
During this time, Marco Polo members of Silver, Gold and Diamond tiers, oneworld members of Emerald and Sapphire tiers and passengers travelling in First and Business class can use the lounges of Cathay Pacific’s partner airlines as well as Heathrow’s No 1 lounge. All lounge invitations will be arranged for passengers upon check-in.
Talking about the forthcoming renovations being made to the Cathay Pacific Lounge, Neil Glenn, general manager Europe for the airline commented: “Reflecting Cathay Pacific’s “Life Well Travelled” philosophy and its principles of considered design, this renovation follows updates to our lounges in Hong Kong, Taipei and Bangkok. With the addition of London, we look forward to providing customers with an enhanced experience in the near future.”
Cathay Pacific flies from London Heathrow to Hong Kong five times daily.
