Cebu Pacific Airways (CEB) is increasing the number of seats it offers to destinations on China and Vietnam.
From 31 October 2013, the Philippine low-cost carrier will add an extra weekly flight between Manila and Hanoi, taking the total frequency to three flights per week. The extra service will run every Thursday using an Airbus A321 aircraft.
Then on 2 November 2013, CEB will launch one more weekly service to Guangzhou, increasing the total frequency of the route to four flights per week. The extra flight to the southern Chinese city will operate every Saturday using an Airbus A320 aircraft.
“Vietnam and China are two of our fast-growing source markets for foreign tourists. We continue to support the government’s tourism goals with this increased connectivity,” said CEB’s vice president of marketing & distribution, Candice Iyog.
“This is also in line with the delivery of more aircraft in 2013, as we expand in Asia and the Middle East. These additional flights will provide more flight schedule options to guests booking their flights in time for the holidays,” she added.
As well as Hanoi and Guangzhou, CEB flies daily from Manila to Ho Chi Minh City and Shanghai, four times a week to Beijing and three times a week to Xiamen. It also offers flights to Hong Kong and Macau from multiple Philippine ports.
