Thailand’s Dusit Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to open its first midscale Dusit Princess hotel in the Middle East.
The deal with ACES Property Development will see the launch of the Dusit Princess ACES Dubai, a new hotel-apartment project located in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle.
The property will comprise 250 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses, plus a spa, dining options, a gym, sauna and a swimming pool with outdoor café.
“We are delighted ACES Property Development has entrusted Dusit with this project, which we are confident will be a great success. The Dusit Princess brand is all about great value and friendly, dynamic service, and we are very glad to see it joining and complementing our existing Dusit Thani and dusitD2 properties within the region,” said Suphajee Suthumpun, Dusit’s group CEO.
The new property will become Dusit’s sixth property in the Middle East and the fifth addition to the Dusit Princess portfolio, following four existing hotels in Thailand.
