Earlier this month, EVA Air – in conjunction with the Tourism Authority of Thailand – hosted eight UK agents on a FAM trip to Bangkok and Chiang Mai in Thailand, to collectively promote their products.
As part of TAT’s 2017 FAM trip mission and late King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s final wishes, the trip itinerary included activities that promote community based tourism, as well as cultural exploration.
During the week-long trip, the group visited Wat Doi Suthep temple for spectacular views over the city, explored ‘Su Thong Pe Bridge’ built out of bamboo by the local community and travelled, by land, to the Panh Mapha district to experience local culture and wisdom.
EVA Air operates one daily flight from London Heathrow to Bangkok.
