Finnair has launched its inaugural service linking Dublin and Helsinki.
Finnair will operate six flights per week between the two capital cities, using a 100-seat Embraer 190 aircraft and offering a schedule timed to connect with the airline’s flights to Asia.
Finnair has also confirmed flights will continue during the winter schedule from October through to March 2016. The move is designed to allow passengers the opportunity to visit Finland and witness sights such as the Northern Lights in Finnish Lapland, while also continuing to offer connections to destinations throughout the airline’s network.
The Embraer 190 operated service features a Business and an Economy class. Checked-in baggage is included in all classes and Economy passengers can enjoy the airline’s Sky Bistro service.
