German hotel operator Steigenberger has opened its first InterCityHotel outside Europe in Oman’s southern region of Salalah.
Located in the heart of Salalah’s central business district, the eight-storey hotel features 70 rooms, a mid-scale restaurant, rooftop swimming pool and fully equipped gym.
Salalah’s airport is a four kilometre drive away.
Steigenberger Hotels is one of Europe’s leading hotel operators with 92 hotels located in three continents, with a further 25 in the pipeline.
The hotel group operates three brands: the five-star Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts, four-star Jaz in the City, and three-star InterCityHotel.
InterCityHotel operates 38 properties worldwide.
