Frankfurt will soon welcome the first Oman Air Boeing 787 Dreamliners this autumn.

Oman Air’s chief executive officer, Paul Gregorowitsch announced that the aircraft will begin flying daily between Muscat and Frankfurt from 25 October 2015.

The non-stop direct flights depart Muscat at 14.00 and arrive in Frankfurt at 18.45. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, return flights depart Frankfurt at 20.20, arriving in Muscat at 06.00. Flights on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays depart Frankfurt at 21.35 and arrive in Muscat at 07.15.

The airline has initially ordered six Dreamliners, with the first two being delivered this autumn. Four more will follow before end of 2018. This will see Oman Air operate 25 wide-body and 45 narrow-body aircraft by 2020.
