North American tour specialist Funway Holidays has reported record sales in 2015, marking its best performance in 10 years.
Figures to the end of 2015 show the operator generated £70 million in revenues – an increase of more than 10% year-on-year. 2015 also marked profitability for the fourth year.
Nick Talbot, head of Marketing at Funway Holidays, said: “These excellent trading results demonstrate that the Funway business model really works. The performance this year has benefited from a number of factors, in particular the high demand for private Homes in Orlando and Florida destinations.”
2015 figures show a strong year with growth of Funway’s Florida product by 35% and Mexico 48% with overall growth of 28% year on year.
Looking ahead to 2016, the operator said it is gearing up for further growth by adding more destinations to its product portfolio.
