The Grand Millennium Dubai is keen to grow its guest numbers from the UK.
The hotel will be participating on Dubai’s Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM) stand at World Travel Market. Director of sales and marketing, Shadi Karameh will be targeting both business and leisure traffic from the market.
“Despite surge in travel from new markets, the UK remains one of the most important contributors to Dubai’s visitor total of 11,629,578 last year, and if current growth rates are sustained, the emirate is on target to receive more than one million visitors from the UK in 2016,” he further explained.
The UK is the number one European market for Dubai, and third internationally after Saudi Arabia and India, he added.
