Haven launches guest mobile app

Haven has launched its ‘What’s On’ mobile app for guests.
Available for download from the iTunes App Store and Google Play, the app covers all 36 coastal locations and features information including activity listings, evening entertainment schedules, FAQs and guides to exploring the local area.
The app also allows guests to discover everything they need to know about their choice of Haven park before arriving, meaning they can plan ahead.
Erman Housein, sales and marketing manager, Bourne Leisure, said: “The launch of Haven’s brand new app means guests now have real-time information that’s specifically tailored to their holiday. The app allows guests to plan ahead and, for those not yet familiar with our product, they can explore and discover more about what to expect from a Haven break. Feedback to date has been fantastic – it’s pertinent and useful information delivered straight to their hands.”
